On behalf of its parent company, Wainscot Media, the Footwear Plus creative team worked with London Jewelers to take its customer journey to the next level via an interactive, shoppable experience. With seven locations and an online store, this fine jewelry and watch seller wanted to bring its customers and prospects an online experience that would set it apart from its competitors, reflect its luxury branding and help drive business to both brick-and-mortar and online stores. All that, and the ability to track user activity, too.
